VIP PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

To enter the prize draw you must purchase a 2-day New Zealand Photography Show ticket in the Presale event between 1st and 8th December 2022. One 2-day ticket holder will win the VIP prize valued at over $14,000 NZD.

No part of the VIP prize is transferable for cash or any other prizes.

The prize will be issued to the winner whose name is on the conference ticket. For the purposes of clarity – the winner will be the conference ticket holder, not the person who paid for the ticket.

The winner will be decided via random draw, which will be undertaken live on stage at the opening address of the 2023 New Zealand Photography Show.

Photo identification may be required to claim your prize.

The winner must show in person to collect their ticket, and must be in the audience at the opening address of the New Zealand Photography Show to claim their prize. If the name is called and the winner is not present at the time of calling out the winners name, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Tickets will be available for collection from 8th August 2023, and must be collected before the beginning of the 2-day conference event at 9am on Friday 11th August 2023.

Should the 2023 event not go ahead for any reason, this prize package will not apply.

Those persons attending on complimentary tickets such as newly Accredited NZIPP members, NZIPP Long Serving members or event volunteers including but not limited to; Speakers, Backroom support, Student Volunteers, NZIPP Board members, NZIPP Honours Council Members and NZIPP Event Team members are ineligible to receive an entry. *However should these persons choose to purchase a ticket rather than attend on a complimentary ticket, they will be included in the draw.

Discount codes offered in the past or future cannot be applied to presale ticket purchases that are offered between 1st – 8th December 2022.

2024 event prizes:

No refunds will be offered for 2024 event tickets, and Iris Awards entries if the winner is unable to attend.

Travel and associated costs are the responsibility of the winner.

If the 2024 New Zealand Photography Show 2-day event doesn’t go ahead for any reason, the 2024 prize cannot be transferred to future use.

 

Tickets can be purchased using one of the following methods:

  1. By Paypal using your credit card
  2. Using Genoapay or Laybuy at checkout
  3. Using the $100 down payment plan**

 

**$100 down payment plan:

Pay $100 in December, and make 6 equal monthly payments in January, February, March, April, May and June 2023. All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event to be eligible for the prize draw, and to attend the event. The initial $100 payment is non-refundable should you not finalise your payment plan. A $50 administration fee applies to $100 down tickets.
