All tickets purchased are NON REFUNDABLE except under Covid-19 terms as listed below.

You may onsell your ticket to someone of the same ticket tier as you but must notify NZIPP of the name change as soon as possible. I.e: If you are an NZIPP member you may sell your ticket to an NZIPP member. You cannot onsell your member ticket to a non member.

Lunch and morning tea is included for the New Zealand Photography Show on both Sunday and Monday, and afternoon tea on the Sunday.

Gala Dinner and any Public events, or other such events outside of the New Zealand Photography Show conference are not included in this ticket.

$100 Down Deal:

Must be full paid by 1st August 2022 to be eligible for entry to the VIP Prize Draw. NZIPP will invoice the purchaser monthly for six months from January until June 2022.

The $100 down is non-refundable should you change your mind about attending.

By purchasing your ticket in the presale event from 1st – 8th December 2021, you will receive one entry into the draw to win the VIP Prize Package. Your ticket must be full paid before 1st August 2022 to be eligible for entry.

The event management reserve the right to amend speaker selection at any time.

Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in performance.

Members Tickets:

Purchase of the New Zealand Photography Show tickets at Member rates, based on relevant Institute/Society/Association, is conditional on being a full financial member at both the time of purchase and time of attendance at the event. The non-member rate will apply and any difference invoiced and payable if respective membership is not maintained.

Covid 19 Information for attendees:

This event will be held in line with governing laws that are in place at the time, and at the location of the event.

Should you be unable to travel to the event due to governing laws that are in place at that time, NZIPP will provide a refund to your ticket. Tickets refunded are ineligible for the VIP Prize Draw.

 

NZIPP accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred such as flights and/or accommodation by any party should a lock-down or Covid level-change happen. NZIPP will only be liable for the refund price of the two-day conference ticket.

 

NZIPP shall not be liable for quarantine costs associated with a level change/ border closure or change to travel requirements.

 

VIP Prize Package Terms and Conditions:

To enter the prize draw you must purchase a 2-day New Zealand Photography Show ticket in the Presale event between 1st and 8th December 2021. One 2-day ticket purchaser will win the VIP prize valued at over $14,000 NZD. 

No part of the VIP prize is transferable for cash or any other prizes.

The winner will be decided via random draw, which will be undertaken ahead of the event under Police supervision. 

The winner will be notified when they collect their 2-day ticket from the registration desk at the Trafalgar Centre in Nelson. 

The winner must show in person to collect their ticket. 

Tickets will be available for collection from 11th August 2022, and must be collected before the beginning of the 2-day conference event at 9am on Sunday 14th August 2022. 

If the winning ticket is not collected by the time the 2-day conference event starts on Sunday, 14th August 2022 at 9am, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be notified on stage at the start of the event.

Should the 2022 event not go ahead for any reason, this prize package will not apply.

Those persons attending on complimentary tickets such as newly Accredited NZIPP members, NZIPP Long Serving members or event volunteers including but not limited to; Speakers, Backroom support, Student Volunteers, NZIPP Board members, NZIPP Honours Council Members and NZIPP Event Team members are ineligible to receive an entry. *However should these persons choose to purchase a ticket rather than attend on a complimentary ticket, they will be included in the draw.

2023 event prizes:

No refunds will be offered for 2023 event tickets, and Iris Awards entries if the winner is unable to attend.

Travel and associated costs are the responsibility of the winner.

If the 2023 2-day event doesn’t go ahead for any reason, the 2023 prize cannot be transferred to future use.

*$100 down payment plan:

Pay $100 in December, and make 6 equal monthly payments in January, February, March, April, May and June 2022. All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event to be eligible for the prize draw, and to attend the event. The initial $100 payment is non-refundable should you not finalise your payment plan.
