Complex composite images don’t just fall in place; they are a product of careful planning and execution, along with significant post-production. In this workshop, Kris Anderson will do a deep dive in to his image “The Muse”, including the planning/design process, lighting design, photographing composite elements, and combining them all in photoshop. He will use the image to demonstrate photoshop techniques like creating volumetric lighting, as well as effective use of photoshop tools like smart objects. You’ll come away from this session with techniques you can use in planning, execution, and post-production, as well as methods you can use to evaluate and tune the effectiveness of your narrative images.
