Welcome to the 2024 Gala Dinner, sponsored by Ilford and CRK!

Please make sure you read below for this year’s Gala Dinner update information.

The Gala Dinner is our closing event, a highly anticipated evening which sells out annually. It is a great way to finish a fantastic week in Christchurch and celebrate the NZIPP Honours recipients, Iris Awards winners, the inaugural NZ Amateur Photographer of the Year, and the highly coveted Australian, and New Zealand Professional Photographer of the Year awards.

 

2024 Theme: Winter Wonderland

This is a black-tie style event where everyone makes a great effort to dress on-theme.

Sunday 4th August 2024.

Location:

It’s a SECRET! We’ll send further instructions to all ticket holders closer to the time with a meeting location, so they can join the bus to the venue, or drive themselves to the venue. We intend on having everyone meet at 4.30pm to travel to the venue. 

 

 

What’s included in your ticket:

Transport to and from the venue, canapés and welcome drink on arrival, main and dessert (and an amazing party atmosphere!). Drinks are not included in your ticket, but can be purchased at the venue.

Gala Dinner tickets will be available at the Majestic on Durham (our conference venue) from Thursday 1st August 2024 for collection. Please remember to bring your Gala ticket with you to the meeting location as this is your BUS TICKET!!!.

 

Please let us know of any allergies you have when finalising your ticket purchase.

All tickets purchased are NON REFUNDABLE. We have a very stringent policy in place. If you purchase a ticket in any of our sales, please do not ask for a refund. Purchase of a ticket is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may onsell your ticket to someone of the same ticket tier as you but must notify NZIPP of the name change as soon as possible. I.e: If you are an NZIPP member you may sell your ticket to an NZIPP member. You cannot onsell your member ticket to a non member.

Please print your emailed receipt following payment. Tickets will not be sent to you, but will be available at the front desk at New Zealand Photography Show, Majestic on Durham, Christchurch for collection from 30th July 2024.

Lunch and morning tea is included for the New Zealand Photography Show on both Friday and Saturday, and afternoon tea on the Friday.

Additional charges apply to activities outside of the New Zealand Photography Show two-day conference and Gala Dinner.

The event management reserve the right to amend speaker selection at any time.

Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in performance.

Members Tickets:

Purchase of the New Zealand Photography Show tickets at Member rates, based on relevant Institute/Society/Association, is conditional on being a full financial member at both the time of purchase and time of attendance at the event. The non-member rate will apply and any difference invoiced and payable if respective membership is not maintained.
